物性油脂粉末中に植物性油脂を50重量%以上含み、植
物性油脂に蛋白質及び糖質を配合して乳化させ噴霧乾燥
することによって作られ、且つ平均粒子径250μm以
下の微粉末よりなる滑沢剤、及びかかる滑沢剤を添加し
