Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make outward appearance more attractive by providing a a wiring protective member above a passing port, and filling the inside of a space formed by the protective member and roof boards with a non-combustible member. SOLUTION: Wirings 7 from a solar power generation panel are led in onto the side of an attic 10 through a passing port 9 formed in a roof board 2 near a ridge along the upper surfaces of the roof boards 2 and lining roofing materials 3. Above the passing port 9, a protective member 11 for protecting wirings 7 to be inserted into the passing port 9 is provided. The protective member 11 differs its constitution a little bit depending on the kind of the roof boards 2. If the roof boards 2 are made of ALC boards (lightweight concrete boards), the protective member 11 is used effectively. The protective member 11 covers the upper side of the passing port 9 of the roof boards 2 with a gap between, and is composed of a protruded part 13 having a wire inserting port 12 on the side of a frontage of a house, and a fitting segment 14 to a roof board 2 formed around the protruded part 13. Since the wirings led into the house do not pass the outside of the house, in this way, it becomes possible to make the outward appearance better.

However, when a solar power generation panel is mounted on a roof, if the solar power generation panel is fixed above the roofing material, the appearance of the house is deteriorated when viewed from the outside. In this case, a construction method has been adopted in which the roofing material is formed in the same length as the roofing material, and is attached to the upper surface of the roof board in the same manner as the roofing material. This makes it difficult to distinguish the solar power panel from the roofing material, improves the poor appearance, maintains the luxury of the house, and improves the roofing material so that it can be saved. However, even in this case, the electric power generated by the solar power generation panel is routed to the eaves and ridges along the upper surface of the field board, and then introduced indoors along the outer wall of the house. It follows the way of.

The wiring 7 from the solar power generation panel 6 is drawn into the attic 10 through a passage 9 formed near the ridge 8 of the field board 2 along the upper surfaces of the field board 2 and the underlaying material 3. A protection member 11 for protecting the wiring 7 entering the passage 9 is provided above the passage 9. The configuration of the protection member 11 is slightly different depending on the type of the base plate 2. When the field board 2 is made of an ALC board (lightweight cellular concrete board), the protection member 11 shown in FIGS. 4 to 7 is effectively used. The protection member 11 covers the above-mentioned passage opening 9 of the base plate 2 with a space therebetween, and has a convex portion 13 having a wire insertion opening 12 on the eaves side, and a base plate provided around the convex portion 13. 2 to the mounting piece 14. To fix it to the base plate 2, a nail 16 for an ALC plate is inserted into a fixing hole 15 formed in the mounting piece 14 and driven into the hole. In order to prevent sparks from passing through the gap between the wire insertion port 12 and the wire 7, a non-combustible member 17 such as rock wool is packed in advance into the passage port 9, the wire insertion port 12, and the protrusion 13, and then the nail is inserted. By driving in at 16, the gap is eliminated, and measures for fire prevention are taken together so that sparks and the like do not spatter. In this embodiment, the passage opening 9 is a two-staged hole having a different size because if the gap between the passage openings 9 is large, the incombustible member 17 may fall from the hole. This is because the non-combustible member 17 is locked to the step of the hole of the step.
