Abstract

The device (1) has a support plate (2) supporting a photovoltaic panel, where the plate is provided with an orifice (5). A housing (4) comprises a base element (8) and a cover element (9). A securing unit is provided for securing the base element of the housing on a top face (2b) of the support plate, and arranged with one of the ports in correspondence with the orifice of the support plate. Description

La présente invention concerne un dispositif passe-câble(s) pour installation photovoltaïque, en particulier pour le passage étanche d'au moins un câble de liaison entre le ou les panneaux photovoltaïques de l'installation, situés à l'extérieur d'un bâtiment équipé, et un équipement, du type onduleur ou batterie(s), situé à l'intérieur de ce bâtiment. Les installations solaires photovoltaïques sont constituées d'un ensemble de panneaux photovoltaïques montés extérieurement généralement sur la toiture d'un bâtiment. Ces panneaux photovoltaïques sont équipés de cellules aptes à convertir l'énergie solaire reçue en électricité, et ils sont électriquement reliés entre eux, en série, par un câblage électrique pour l'alimentation d'un équipement du type onduleur ou batterie(s), situé à l'intérieur du bâtiment équipé. Les panneaux solaires utilisés sont en forme de plaques carrées ou rectangulaires ; dans certains cas, ils sont fixés sur des plaques supports métalliques recouvrant la partie de toiture équipée et réalisant l'étanchéité aux eaux pluviales. Le câblage électrique précité, reliant les panneaux solaires à l'équipement intérieur, passe alors généralement au travers de la toiture, sous le matériau de recouvrement du type tuile ou ardoise qui borde l'installation solaire. Mais le passage de câble(s) correspondant n'est pas toujours facile à réaliser, en particulier lorsque l'on est en présence de tuiles plates ou d'ardoises. La présente invention a pour but de remédier à cet inconvénient en proposant un dispositif passe-câble(s) particulièrement intéressant, adapté pour équiper l'un des panneaux photovoltaïques de l'installation solaire monté sur la face de dessus d'une plaque support. Pour cela, le dispositif passe-câble(s) conforme à l'invention comprend : - une plaque support de panneau photovoltaïque, munie d'un orifice, - un boîtier, constitué d'un élément de fond et d'un élément de couvercle munis de moyens de solidarisation amovibles entre eux, lequel boîtier comporte un premier orifice pour le passage dudit ou desdits câbles, ménagé dans ledit élément de fond, ainsi qu'au moins un second orifice pour le passage dudit ou desdits câbles, et - des moyens pour fixer ledit élément de fond dudit boîtier sur la face de dessus de ladite plaque support, avec le premier orifice dudit élément de fond en correspondance avec ledit orifice de ladite plaque support. Un tel dispositif offre aux opérateurs de pose un équipement parfaitement adapté au passage du câblage électrique de l'installation, simple à mettre en oeuvre, esthétique et étanche. Selon une forme de réalisation particulière, l'élément de fond du boîtier comporte une embase adaptée pour venir reposer sur la face de dessus de la plaque support, laquelle embase comporte ledit premier orifice 1 o de passage de câble(s), et est bordée par un rebord périphérique qui est délimité par une bordure périphérique ; de son côté, l'élément de couvercle du boîtier comporte un élément de dessus associé à un rebord périphérique qui est délimité par une bordure périphérique ; en outre, lesdites bordures périphériques de l'élément de fond et de l'élément de couvercle comportent 15 des moyens d'emboîtement complémentaires. Dans le cadre de cette forme de réalisation particulière, l'élément de fond et l'élément de couvercle du boîtier sont munis d'orifices en correspondance, pour la réception d'au moins une vis pour le verrouillage en position fermée dudit élément de couvercle sur ledit élément de fond. 20 En outre, lesdites bordures périphériques de l'élément de fond et de l'élément de couvercle comportent avantageusement des ouvertures complémentaires pour former ensemble le second orifice de passage de câble(s) du boîtier. Des moyens d'assemblage supplémentaires sont prévus entre l'élément de fond 8 et l'élément de couvercle 9, constitués de vis 25 (en l'occurrence au nombre de trois), venant coopérer avec des orifices en correspondance 26, 27 ménagés dans ledit élément de fond 8 et dans ledit élément de couvercle 9. Sur la figure 4, on remarque la présence d'inserts rapportés 28, ayant une forme générale cylindrique, interposés entre lesdits orifices 26 et 27, servant 1 o d'entretoises pour l'insertion des vis 25. D'autre part, comme on peut le voir sur les figures 2, 4, 6 et 8, les bordures périphériques 14 et 23 des éléments de fond 8 et de couvercle 9 comportent des ouvertures complémentaires en correspondance, respectivement 29 et 30, pour former ensemble le second orifice 11 précité 15 du boîtier 4. Ce second orifice 11 est formé après assemblage de l'élément de couvercle 9 sur l'élément de fond 8 ; le pourtour de ces deux ouvertures en correspondance 29 et 30 comporte ici un revêtement rapporté en matériau souple, respectivement 31 et 32, visibles figures 4 et 6, dont la fonction est 20 de bloquer de manière étanche le câblage C passant par le second orifice 11, lorsque l'élément de couvercle 9 est en position fermée sur l'élément de fond 8 Ces revêtements rapportés 31 et 32 sont conformés pour venir s'encastrer respectivement sur le pourtour des ouvertures complémentaires 25 29 et 30 qu'ils recouvrent, et pour définir, ensemble, une fois l'élément de couvercle 9 fermé sur l'élément de fond 8, un ou des orifices à parois souples (ici au nombre de trois) aptes chacun à venir serrer l'un des câbles Ç_1, Ç_2 et Ç_3. L'élément de fond 8 et l'élément de couvercle 9 sont par exemple 30 réalisés en matière plastique du type polyamide ; ils sont de préférence obtenus monobloc avec un organe de liaison 33, en forme de lien souple allongé, qui permet d'éviter la perte de l'élément de couvercle 9, une fois celui-ci désemboîté de l'élément de fond 8. Les revêtements rapportés 31 et 32 sont par exemple également 35 réalisés en matière plastique de type polyamide, mais ayant des caractéristiques de souplesse plus marquées que celles du matériau utilisé pour les éléments de fond 8 et de couvercle 9. Le boîtier 4 est de préférence fixé sur la plaque support 2 en usine. Pour cela, son élément de fond 8 est rapporté de sorte à positionner ses orifices traversants 17 sur les tiges filetées 16, avec interposition éventuelle de la pastille adhésive 20. La fixation est ensuite réalisée au moyen des écrous 18 rapportés intérieurement. L'orifice 10 ménagé dans l'élément de fond 8 est alors en correspondance avec l'orifice de plaque 5, et le rebord périphérique 15 recouvre et habille le 1 o rebord périphérique saillant 6 de cet orifice de plaque 5. L'élément de couvercle 9 est emboîté provisoirement sur l'élément de fond 8 et les vis d'assemblage 25 complètent cette solidarisation provisoire. Les différents modules photovoltaïques sont posés sur la toiture du bâtiment de réception, et l'un d'eux comporte le dispositif passe-câble(s) 1 15 (par exemple le module gauche de la rangée supérieure). Lorsqu'un opérateur réalise la liaison électrique entre les différents panneaux photovoltaïques de l'installation et l'équipement électrique intérieur (onduleur ou batterie(s)), il ouvre le boîtier 4, passe les trois câbles Ç1, C2 et C3 au travers de l'ouverture formée par l'orifice de plaque 5 et l'orifice 10 de 20 l'élément de fond 8, puis il positionne les différents câbles Ç1, C2 et C3 dans l'ouverture 29 de l'élément de fond 8, constituant la partie inférieure du second orifice 11. REVENDICATIONS- 1.- Dispositif passe-câble(s) pour installation photovoltaïque équipant un bâtiment, en particulier pour le passage étanche d'au moins un câble (Ç1, C2, C3) de liaison entre au moins un panneau photovoltaïque (3), situé à l'extérieur du bâtiment équipé, monté sur la face de dessus (2b) d'une plaque support (2), et un équipement du type onduleur ou batterie(s), situé à l'intérieur du bâtiment équipé, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend : - une plaque (2) support de panneau photovoltaïque (3), munie d'un orifice (5), - un boitier (4), constitué d'un élément de fond (8) et d'un élément de couvercle (9) munis de moyens de solidarisation amovibles entre eux (24, 25), lequel boitier (4) comporte un premier orifice (10) pour le passage dudit ou desdits câbles (Ç1, C2, C3), ménagé dans ledit élément de fond (8), ainsi qu'au moins un second orifice (11) pour le passage dudit ou desdits câbles (Ç1, C2, C3), et - des moyens (16, 17, 18, 20) pour fixer ledit élément de fond (8) du boitier (4) sur ladite face de dessus (2b) de ladite plaque support (2), avec ledit premier orifice (10) dudit élément de fond (8) en correspondance avec ledit orifice (5) de ladite plaque support (2).
