熟菌床に1日1回、長ネギ抽出物(3%)の水溶液、ニ

霧し、子実体を生育させた。この子実体の香気は、非常
に強いものであった。香気成分の抽出は、子実体の生育
後、子実体を収穫しそれぞれの菌床ごとに粉砕しその2

析の試料とした。GC−MS条件はシステム:QP50
