Abstract
محول حرارة لجهاز مستقبل شمسي يحتوي على مجموعة من أسطح لنقل الحرارة و جهاز فاصل عمودي بين البخار و الماء متصل عموديا وسائليا بتلك الأسطح. يتم تزويد هيكل الدعم العمودي من اجل مساندة الفاصل العمودي و أسطح نقل الحرارة. يتم دعم هيكل الدعم العمودي من القاعدة بينما يتم دعم الفاصل العمودي بين الماء و البخار و كذلك لوحات نقل الحرارة من الأعلى. يقدم هيكل الدعم العمودي دعم بنيوي ودرجة من الصلابة لمحول الحرارة و يعد وسيلة يمكن من خلاله أن يتم سحب محول الحرارة ورفعه ليتم وضعه في المكان المطلوب. يتم تزويد أداة تثبيت للتصنيع و النقل و الرفع تعمل على تسهيل تركيب و نقل وتجميع وتنصيب محول الحرارة من الورشة إلى داخل الميدان. تعمل أداة التثبيت على مساندة دعائم ارتكازية متصلة بالهيكل الداعم الخاص بجهاز المستقبل. تقع حواف الرفع على أعلى حافة هيكل الدعم. وعند الوصول إلى موقع العمل في الميدان , تقوم رافعات برفع محول الحرارة لجهاز الاستقبال الشمسي بحيث يدور حول دعائم الارتكاز على أداة التثبيت ومن ثم يتم رفع مستقبل محول الحرارة ليتم وضعه في الموقع المطلوب.
