La presente invenzione riguarda una macchina confezionatrice concepita ed adibita alla compressione ed all’imballaggio di blocchi in materiale espanso, e precisamente poliuretano espanso. The present invention relates to a packaging machine conceived and used for the compression and packaging of blocks made of expanded material, and more precisely expanded polyurethane.
Più particolarmente, la presente invenzione si riferisce ad una macchina che comprende mezzi in grado di comprimere i blocchi di poliuretano espanso, in modo tale che i blocchi pressati vengano avvolti da un film plastico a foglia piana a barriera (non lascia passare l’aria), che viene a sua volta sigillato su quattro lati tramite le barre saldanti. STATO DELLA TECNICA STATE OF THE TECHNIQUE
È noto che la compressione di materiale espanso al fine di ridurne il volume per il suo trasporto verso le zone di destinazione à ̈ da sempre stato uno dei problemi che hanno dovuto affrontare gli operatori del settore, senza per questo trovarne soluzione.
