La presente invenzione riguarda il perfezionamento di un attrezzo per la raccolta delle olive e frutti simili. The present invention relates to the improvement of a tool for harvesting olives and similar fruits.

E’ noto come, oggi, per la raccolta di olive ed altri frutti di piccolo calibro, si faccia sempre più ricorso ad attrezzature automatiche di vario genere volte alla riduzione dei tempi e costi di raccolta. I dispositivi presenti sul mercato adottano diverse metodologie di raccolta: la scuotitura {tramite vibrazioni di opportuna frequenza ed ampiezza impresse ai tronchi, alle branche o ai rami, si provoca il distacco delle drupe e la loro successiva raccolta su teli o su organi intercettatori portati o incorporati. Le attrezzature utilizzate vanno dai ganci scuotitori portatili ai grandi scuotitori “ad inerzia” semoventi); la bacchiatura (interviene direttamente sul frutto provocandone il distacco. Tali scopi sono raggiunti mediante la diversa distribuzione dei rebbi sui pettini vibranti delle attrezzature bacchiatrici ed il loro innesto nei supporti appositi mediante l’interposizione di elementi elastici. Infatti, la presente invenzione consiste neirinclinare in un verso tutti i rebbi di un singolo pettine vibrante. Tali inclinazioni possono ottenersi sia mediante la realizzazione dei supporti porta rebbi di forma rettilinea, ma con gli assi dei fori di alloggiamento opportunamente inclinati, in accordo con la rivendicazione 3, o inclinando direttamente il supporto stesso, in accordo con la rivendicazione 4. Come rappresentato nella figura 1 i rebbi (1) vengono innestati sul supporto porta rebbi (2) del pettine vibrante posto all’estremità dell’asta telescopica di sostegno dell’attrezzo bacchiatore, per mezzo di supporti di innesto (3) in modo che, osservando frontalmente il singolo pettine vibrante, essi siano tendenzialmente inclinati in uno stesso verso rispetto all’asse dell’asta telescopica dell’attrezzo bacchiatore, magari pur mantenendo l’angolo relativo fra ciascuno di essi (caso di distribuzione a ventaglio). La figura 2 rappresenta un esempio di funzionamento ove si può notare come si accoppiano i rebbi (1) e (Γ) dei due pettini vibranti contrapposti. Rispetto allo stato della tecnica noto il trovato, dunque, garantisce una migliorata movimentazione dell’attrezzo tra i rami della pianta sul quale esso lavora minimizzando le possibilità di impigliamento, una più vasta area d’intervento sulle chiome, aumentando sensibilmente la produzione oraria di frutto raccolto ed una maggiore elasticità dei rebbi a vantaggio di una maggiore durata degli stessi e di una minore incidenza di lesioni a carico dei frutti e dei rami della pianta sulla quale opera.
