DESCRIZIONE
Il presente brevetto è attinente ai rivestimenti decorativi ed in particolare concerne rivestimenti in tessuto, pelle, ecopelle con porzioni a rilievo.
In questo momento in commercio esiste una lavorazione dei rivestimenti che viene fatta per mezzo di elettro saldature in grado di comporre un disegno in tramatura.
L'effetto che quest'ultimo produce non è particolarmente piacevole alla vista e al tatto, infatti non ha avuto molto successo.
Il rivestimento oggetto del presente brevetto è più piacevole alla vista e al tatto ed è realizzabile con qualunque tipo di stoffa, ecopelle e pelle o similari.
Forma oggetto del presente brevetto un nuovo tipo di rivestimento, pelle, ecopelle o similari con rilievi.
Gli scopi del nuovo rivestimento con rilievi sono molteplici:
- ridurre il numero di lavorazioni complesse e/o costose per la sua produzione,
- permettere la realizzazione di qualsiasi disegno senza modificare sostanzialmente le operazioni o gli strumenti utilizzati,
- avere il medesimo effetto superficiale su qualsiasi punto del rivestimento stesso, sia nelle parti più a rilievo che nelle parti di minor rilievo.
Il nuovo rivestimento con rilievi comprende, nelle sue parti principali:
- un primo strato principale, che costituisce lo strato destinato a rimanere esterno ed a vista;
- uno o più inserti, costituiti da elementi genericamente piani aventi le sagome dei disegni da realizzare;
- un secondo strato di supporto, costituito da un tessuto non pregiato di ridotto spessore non destinato ad essere a vista.
Il primo strato principale è costituito dallo strato destinato a rimanere esterno ed a vista.
Tale primo strato principale può essere un qualsiasi tessuto opportuno, in tinta unita, oppure filato con differenti colori, oppure stampato con disegni qualsiasi, oppure in pelle o ecopelle.
L'inserto o gli inserti sono costituiti preferibilmente da elementi piani di materiale flessibile ed elastico aventi la sagoma o le sagome delle zone in rilievo del nuovo rivestimento con rilievi. Le sagome vengono preferibilmente realizzate ritagliando del materiale elastico semirigido. Il secondo strato di supporto è preferibilmente costituito da un tessuto poco pregiato, ed è sostanzialmente piano e destinato ad aderire o poggiare sulla superficie da ricoprire con il nuovo rivestimento con rilievi.
Il secondo strato di supporto assolve alla funzione di mantenere l'inserto o gli inserti correttamente posizionati impedendo loro di spostarsi dalle posizioni stabilite.
Il primo strato principale, gli inserti ed il secondo strato di supporto sono uniti sovrapposti in modo che detti inserti vengano a trovarsi compresi fra detto primo strato principale e detto secondo strato di supporto.
In particolare detto primo strato principale, detti inserti e detto secondo strato di supporto sono uniti stabilmente fra loro, preferibilmente mediante un collante elastico resistente all'acqua.
Il secondo strato di supporto è sostanzialmente continuo, ovvero segue la forma, piana o curva, della superficie su cui viene applicato il nuovo rivestimento con rilievi.
Il primo strato principale non è costantemente parallelo al secondo strato di supporto ma segue lo spessore derivato dalla presenza di detti inserti.
Sostanzialmente detto primo tessuto strato risulta aderente al secondo strato di supporto nelle zone prive degli inserti, risulta aderente alla superficie di detti inserti opposta a quella di aderenza a detto secondo strato di supporto ed è disposta aderente alle superfici laterali derivate dallo spessore degli inserti stessi.
Il nuovo rivestimento con rilievi così costituito presenta delle zone o aree in rilievo in corrispondenza degli inserti e segue con precisione il bordo laterale dello spessore degli inserti stessi.
Il nuovo rivestimento con rilievi così costituito può essere facilmente applicato o disposto sia su superfici piane che su superfici curve in quanto il primo strato principale, il secondo strato di supporto e gli inserti sono flessibili e possono essere adattati alla superficie su cui viene applicato il nuovo rivestimento.
E' possibile prevedere l'inserimento di un terzo strato di supporto fra detto secondo strato di supporto e detti inserti.
Tale terzo strato di supporto è preferibilmente di spessore e/o rigidezza maggiore di detto secondo strato di supporto così da conferire al nuovo rivestimento una minore flessibilità nella zona in cui è presente detto terzo strato di supporto.
L'utilizzo e la presenza di detto terzo strato di supporto è particolarmente utile quando il nuovo rivestimento con rilievi viene utilizzato per realizzare coperture sfoderabili di elementi imbottiti per poltrone, letti ed arredamento in genere.
Viene di seguito descritto il procedimento di realizzazione del nuovo rivestimento con rilievi.
Viene inizialmente disposto il secondo strato di supporto su una superficie piana di appoggio.
Vengono preparati gli inserti che costituiranno i rilievi del nuovo rivestimento. Tali inserti possono essere ottenuti, per esempio, dal taglio di un foglio di gomma plastica semi rigida.
Ciascun inserto viene cosparso su un lato di specifico adesivo o collante elastico resistente all'acqua che rimane elastico anche dopo l'asciugatura, e vengono posizionati sul secondo strato di supporto nella disposizione voluta.
Viene cosparsa la superficie superiore degli inserti e la superficie superiore visibile del secondo strato di supporto con il medesimo adesivo o collante suddetto.
Il primo strato principale viene steso sugli inserti e sul secondo strato di supporto così da ricoprirli completamente.
Viene esercitata una adeguata pressione facendo aderire completamente il primo strato principale agli inserti ed al secondo strato di supporto.
E' possibile intervenire lungo i bordi degli inserti con le mani e/o più convenientemente con opportuni utensili, come ad esempio una rotella non tagliente oppure uno stilo metallico con punta arrotondata, così da assicurare l'adesione precisa del primo strato principale ai bordi laterali degli inserti ed alla zona del secondo strato di supporto perimetrale a detti inserti.
Quando l'adesivo o collante è completamente asciugato il secondo strato di supporto, gli inserti ed il primo strato principale risultano stabilmente uniti, flessibili e costituiscono il nuovo rivestimento avente superiormente i rilievi.
Nelle tavole allegate viene presentata, a titolo esemplificativo e non limitativo, una pratica realizzazione del trovato.
Nelle figure 1, 2, 3, sono rappresentate le fasi principali del procedimento di realizzazione del nuovo rivestimento con rilievi.
Il processo di produzione del nuovo rivestimento con rilievi prevede inizialmente di distendere il secondo strato di supporto (2) su un piano di appoggio (P).
I vari inserti (3) precedentemente tagliati vengono cosparsi sul loro lato inferiore (3.1) di colla o adesivo e posizionati sul secondo strato di supporto (2), come illustrato in figura 1.
Successivamente viene cosparso l'adesivo o collante sulla superficie superiore (3.2) degli inserti (3) e sulla superficie superiore del secondo strato di supporto (2) non coperta dagli inserti (3).
Il primo strato principale (1) viene steso e posato accuratamente sugli inserti (3) e sul secondo strato di supporto (2) così da ricoprirli completamente, come illustrato in figura 2.

  1. primo strato principale (1) agli inserti (3) ed al secondo strato di supporto (2). In particolare utilizzando opportuni utensili (U), in questo esempio uno stilo metallico con punta arrotondata, viene fatto accuratamente aderire il primo strato principale (1) ai bordi laterali degli inserti (3) ed alla zona del secondo strato di supporto (2) perimetrale a detti inserti (3), come illustrato in figura 3. Quando l'adesivo o collante è completamente asciugato il secondo strato di supporto (2), gli inserti (3) ed il primo strato principale (1) risultano stabilmente uniti, flessibili e costituiscono il nuovo rivestimento avente superiormente i rilievi relativi agli inserti (3) stessi, illustrato in figura 4. Queste sono le modalità schematiche sufficienti alla persona esperta per realizzare il trovato, di conseguenza, in concreta applicazione potranno esservi delle varianti senza pregiudizio alla sostanza del concetto innovativo. Pertanto con riferimento alla descrizione che precede e alla tavola acclusa si esprimono le seguenti rivendicazioni. RIVENDICAZIONI 1. Rivestimento caratterizzato dal fatto di comprendere un primo strato principale (1), un secondo strato di supporto (2) accoppiato a detto primo strato principale (1) ed uno o più inserti (3) in materiale flessibile inseriti e trattenuti fra detti primo strato principale (1) e secondo strato di supporto (2), e dove la superficie di detti inserti (3) rivolta verso il secondo strato di supporto (2) è sostanzialmente piana, e dove detto primo strato principale (1) non è costantemente parallelo al secondo strato di supporto (2) ma segue lo spessore derivato dalla presenza di detti inserti (3). Rivestimento, come da rivendicazione 1, caratterizzato dal fatto che detto primo strato principale (1) aderisce ed è unito a detto secondo strato di supporto (2) in tutte le parti non coperte da detti inserti (3) ed a tutte le superfici di detti inserti (3) non coperte da detto secondo strato di supporto (2). Rivestimento, come da rivendicazioni precedenti, caratterizzato dal fatto che detti inserti (3) presentano le due superfici opposte maggiori (3.1, 3.2) sostanzialmente piane e parallele. Rivestimento, come da rivendicazioni 1, 2, caratterizzato dal fatto che detti inserti (3) presentano le superfici superiori (3.2) arcuate. Rivestimento, come da rivendicazioni precedenti, caratterizzato dal fatto di comprendere un terzo strato di supporto accoppiato al lato di detto secondo strato di supporto (2) rivolto verso detti inserti (3) e verso detto primo strato principale (1). Rivestimento, come da rivendicazioni precedenti, caratterizzato dal fatto che detto primo strato principale (1) è costituito da uno dei materiali compresi fra tessuto, ecopelle, pelle e similari. 7. Rivestimento, come da rivendicazioni precedenti, caratterizzato dal fatto che detti inserti (3) sono ottenuto dal taglio di materiale elastico semirigido. Rivestimento, come da rivendicazioni precedenti, caratterizzato dal fatto che detti primo strato principale (1), detti inserti (3), detto secondo strato di supporto (2) e detto eventuale terzo strato di supporto sono uniti mediante collante elastico resistente all'acqua. Procedimento per la realizzazione di rivestimento come descritto nelle rivendicazioni precedenti, caratterizzato dl fatto di comprendere: - la stesura di detto secondo strato di supporto (2) su un piano di appoggio (P), - l'applicazione di colla o adesivo sul lato (3.1) dei vari inserti (3) rivolto verso detto secondo strato di supporto (2), - il posizionamento di detti inserti (2) su detto secondo strato di supporto (2), - l'applicazione di colla o adesivo sulla superficie superiore (3.2) degli inserti (3) e sulla superficie superiore del secondo strato di supporto (2) non coperta dagli inserti (3), - la stesura di detto primo strato principale (1) sugli inserti (3) e sul secondo strato di supporto (2) così da ricoprirli completamente, - l'applicazione di adeguata pressione sul detto primo strato principale (1) così da farlo aderire completamente agli inserti (3) ed al secondo strato di supporto (2). .
