Description

DESCRIZIONE DELL’INVENZIONE INDUSTRIALE.
Avente per titolo:
MANUFATTO COMPOSTO DA POLISTIRENE ESPANSO E/O POLIPROPILENE ESPANSO AMALGAMATO/I DA SCHIUMA DI POLIURETANO.
Lo stato dell’arte attuale è quello di produrre manufatti prevalentemente monomateriale cioè polistirene espanso, polipropilene espanso e schiuma di poliuretano.
Per il polistirene espanso ed il polipropilene espanso dopo il riempimento dello stampo con la materia prima, avente l’aspetto di perle o sfere, l’immissione di vapore d’acqua determina la sinterizzazione (unione) delle perle con il conseguente riempimento dei volumi liberi iniziali esistenti tra le perle medesime .
Quanto sopra determina la definizione geometrica manufatto e la sua resistenza meccanica.
Per il poliuretano il riempimento dello stampo avviene con la schiuma del poliuretano medesimo immessa nello insieme ad opportuni agenti catalizzatori che, in molto brevi,, ne deterrraminano la definizione geometrica e sua resistenza meccanica
DESCRIZIONE DELL’INVENZIONE:
Lo stampo viene riempito con perle di polistirene e/o polipropilene, i volumi liberi esistenti tra le perle vengono successivamente occupati dalla schiuma di poliuretano;
oppure, contemporaneamente alla schiuma di poliuretano, giungono all’interno dello stampo le perle di polistirene e/o di polipropilene espansi.
Si utilizza così la schiuma di poliuretano come agente cementante delle perle di polistirene e/o polipropilene espansi; la struttura che ne deriva conferisce ai manufatti caratteristiche completamente diverse da quelle sinora ottenute con le singole materie prime.
Variabili quali densità delle materie prime utilizzate o sovrapposizioni di spessori di entità variabile come misura e anche come densità, permettono l’ottimizzazione delle caratteristiche fisiche e meccaniche dei manufatti.
Con il processo oggetto della presente rivendicazione le caratteristiche meccaniche delle perle, di polistirene in modo particolare, rimangono integre quindi capaci di conferire ai manufatti elevati livelli di assorbimento di energia d’urto.

Nel processo e nel manufatto oggetto della
rivendicazione si parla di polistirene e polipropilene espansi ma, con tali termini, si includono anche possibili loro derivati; trattasi di coopolimeri a prevalente contenuto stirenico e/o propilenico legati cioè con altri polimeri.

  4. 4) Manufatti specifici quali caschi protettivi per ciclo, moto, auto e lavoro prodotti con la tecnologia ed i costituenti rivendicata ai precedenti punti 1) 2) 3)).
  5. 5) Manufatti specifici quali parti protettive interne di veicoli in genere e di paraurti prodotti con la tecnologia ed i costituenti rivendicata ai precedenti punti 1) 2) 3)).
