BACKGROUND DELL’INVENZIONE
I motori Diesel funzionanti con oli di semi non possono essere lubrificati con normali oli minerali, poiché questi reagiscono chimicamente con in residui di olio vegetale sulle superfici interne dei cilindri dei motori, formando polimeri a struttura gommosa che portano al grippaggio del motore in breve tempo ( 1.000, 2.000 ore in base alla nostra esperienza).
Per questo motivo abbiamo dovuto inventare un nuovo olio vegetale.
RIASSUNTO DELL’INVENZIONE
La presente invenzione ha risolto il problema sopraccitato sintetizzando un nuovo olio vegetale costituito da componenti che inibiscono reazioni chimiche tra il lubrificante ed il combustibile rilasciato sulle superfici interne dei cilindri durante la fase di scarico dei gas dalla camera di combustione.
DESCRIZIONE DETTAGLIATA DELL’INVENZIONE
L’olio lubrificante è così composto:
Miscela Plantomot: 90%
Olio di ricino: 9%
Tetrafluoruro di carbonio allo stato liquido: 1%
Questo olio lubrificante è stato collaudato in un motore Daewoo Doosan P 222 LES, accoppiato all’alternatore Meccalte ECO 42 L.
Le prove sono state effettuate nei mesi da ottobre 2006 a novembre 2009, nello stabilimento EON in Via Carlo Ragazzi 28, Bondeno (FE), con risultati eccellenti: la durata dei motori è tornata ad essere normale.
Si è anche notata una riduzione dei consumi fino ad 1%.
Importantissimo è anche il fatto che il tetrafluoruro di carbonio reagisce chimicamente con le superfici interne dei cilindri del motore e con le superfici esterne dei pistoni del motore modificandone la struttura chimica e rendendole inerti alle aggressioni chimiche da parte di tutte le componenti degli oli vegetali.

Claims (1)

  1. RIVENDICAZIONI 1- Formula chimica di lubrificante per motori ad olio vegetale costituita da: 90% di plantomot, 9% di olio di ricino, 1% di tetrafluoruro di carbonio liquido. 2- Processo e apparato, come descritto in 1-, caratterizzato dal fatto che l’olio lubrificante viene utilizzato nelle stesse quantità di carica rispetto alle cariche di olio lubrificante normale in motori Diesel alimentati a gasolio. 3- Processo e apparato, come descritto in 1-, caratterizzato dal fatto che i consumi di olio lubrificante come descritto in questa invenzione sono identici ai consumi di normale olio lubrificante in motori Diesel alimentati con gasolio. 4- Processo e apparato, come descritto al punto 1, caratterizzato dal fatto che il tetrafluoruro di carbonio contenuto nell’olio lubrificante reagisce chimicamente con le superfici dei cilindri e dei pistoni, modificandone la struttura chimica in modo da impedire che le molecole dell’olio vegetale possano formare composti chimici.
