Il presente trovato si riferisce ad un sistema per la efficace realizzazione di elementi componibili a dimensioni regolabili, in particolare di articoli compositi quali cassetti, tiretti, vaschette e simili ottenuti assemblando, fuori fabbrica, ad esempio con procedure del tipo "fai da te" componenti o pezzi laterali (sponde) e frontali, retri ecc. da vincolare tra loro e ad un fondo, detti elementi essendo suscettibili di taglio ed essendo muniti di sedi in particolare di fori per l'accoppiamento rigido reciproco a mezzo di organi di fissazione quali viti, spinotti e simili. In fig. 1 sono rappresentati gli elementi staccati di un cassetto così come acquistabili in un Kit commerciale e consistenti di un fondo FQ, di due sponde di destra e sinistra SPdx (3) e SPsx (4), di un frontale RF (5‘) e di un retro RE (5). Conseguentemente il primo stadio del trovato consiste, nel tagliare il fondo FO di figura 5 per ridurre la sua larghezza a quella (Idi volta in volta richiesta) di B=A-2 GUI. Così dopo che il fondo F0 (senza fori) e le due sponde laterali 3 e 4 (aventi i fori molto estesi 6, 6’, ricavati in fabbrica), sono state tagliate (in situ) per avere una lunghezza B, nei fori corti 10 dei componenti frontale e retro 5 e 6 vengono forzate le estremità inferiori 30 degli spinotti 15 (fig. 13) le cui teste sono libere di penetrare nei fori estesi 6, 6'. In fig. 11 sono rappresentati gli spinotti 15 aventi un’estremità 30 forzata nei fori corti 10 e le teste 31 forzate dolcemente in porzioni dei fori estesi 6. Questi ultimi possono essere anche provvisti di colla. Il cassetto finito DR avente una larghezza B è rappresentato in prospettiva in fig. 10. L'aspetto principale dell'invenzione consiste perciò nel ricavare precisamente con lavorazione alla macchina i fori estesi 6-6' nelle sponde laterali 3-4 , che poi in situ hanno bisogno solo di essere tagliate in base alla larghezza B' ricavata dalla larghezza B del mobile. La fig. 10 rappresenta il caso più semplice di un box o tiretto le cui sezioni A-A e B-B sono mostrate nelle figure 11 e 12. Anche se l'aspetto principale dell'invenzione (ricavare i fori in fabbrica evitando di fare foratore precarie in situ) potrebbe sembrare a prima vista, abbastanza semplice, non si può non sottolineare che esso genera enormi vantaggi non prevedibili fra i quali ci si limita a puntualizzare: - con la lavorazione alla macchina in fabbrica si riesce finalmente ad ottenere fori estesi che hanno grande regolarità e diametro uniforme su tutta la loro lunga estensione: - si evita di fare fori sulle sponde 3 e 4 in situ cioè laddove il tiretto viene utilizzato ed è perciò difficile eseguire una buona foratura; - possibilità di adattare perfettamente le dimensioni in larghezza del tiretto alle dimensioni, del mobile in situ; - nel magazzino si ha una forte riduzione degli stock necessari per sodisfare le richieste di cassetti per tutti i moduli possibili; - forando semplicemente in profondità le sponde (o equivalentemente i frontali e retri) è possibile una riduzione dimensionale fino a 100 mm, coprendo così un'ampia gamma di mobili; - i lunghi fori perfettamente lavorati alla macchina consentono ora l'impiego di spinotti semplici ed efficaci in materiali plastici che sono facilmente forzati nei fori corti e nell'imbocco dei fori estesi; - gli spinotti plastici con due tagli, canali o scanalature longitudinali sono inseriti facilmente insieme ad adesivo (evitando così l'effetto pistone) o senza adesivo. Le scanalature SCA vengono vengono ricavate nei componenti 3,4, 5 e 5' per ricevere convenzionalmente i bordi della base F0. Although the main aspect of the invention (obtaining the holes in the factory avoiding making precarious drilling in situ) could seem at first sight, quite simple, one cannot fail to underline that it generates enormous unpredictable advantages among which we limit ourselves to pointing out: - with the machining in the factory it is finally possible to obtain extended holes that have great regularity and uniform diameter over their entire long extension: - you avoid making holes on the sides 3 and 4 in situ, that is where the puller is used and it is therefore difficult to make a good hole; - possibility of perfectly adapting the width dimensions of the drawer to the dimensions of the furniture in situ; - in the warehouse there is a strong reduction of the stocks necessary to satisfy the requests for drawers for all possible modules; - by simply drilling the sides (or equivalent the fronts and rears) in depth, a dimensional reduction up to 100 mm is possible, thus covering a wide range of furniture; - the long holes perfectly machined on the machine now allow the use of simple and effective pins in plastic materials that are easily forced into the short holes and in the mouth of the extended holes; - the plastic pins with two longitudinal cuts, channels or grooves are easily inserted together with adhesive (thus avoiding the piston effect) or without adhesive.
