Abstract

Un convogliatore aereo del tipo comprendente una pluralità di carrelli mobili lungo una rotaia di scorrimento; ciascun carrello è dotato di mezzi di guida e di scorrimento in prossimità delle sue estremità, disposti secondo assi ortogonali tra loro ed alla direzione longitudinale di scorrimento dello stesso carrello. I carrelli sono collegati tra loro mediante giunti a triplo snodo che consentono a ciascun carrello di articolare secondo due assi ortogonali, rispettivamente di ruotare secondo il suo asse longitudinale, in modo del tutto indipendente dai carrelli contigui. Si consegue in questo modo un sistema di trasporto a carrelli sospesi di estrema leggerezza, di ridotta rumorosità e di grande versatilità di impiego.
