Abstract

L'invenzione si riferisce ad un procedimento per la fabbricazione di un pneumatico per veicoli, secondo il quale, su di un apposito tamburo vengono posti uno strato interno a base di caucciù butilenico, una carcassa ed i cerchietti, in questa successione, per la formazione di una carcassa a corpo cilindrico, e secondo cui il pneumatico grezzo viene completato a seguito della bombatura del corpo della carcassa stessa, ottenendo un insieme di battistrada/cintura. Alfine di ottenere un pneumatico che risulti particolarmente idoneo all'utilizzo in condizioni d'emergenza, viene proposto che lo strato interno venga applicato con le sue estremità sovrapposte nella direzione circonferenziale del tamburo, e che l'estremità, posta sul lato radialmente interno, dell'anima medesima venga ricoperta, unitamente allo spazio formato da un gradino, da parte di una sottile striscia di caucciù, essenzialmente sviluppata nella direzione assiale del tamburo stesso.
