Dalla fig . 4 . 538 impariamo a costruirte un PENDOLO autorotante per effetto della caduta ( circolare) di Newton ,o principio di N. , causato dal peso laterale fisso-mobile su braccio arcuato, ma attaccato con gancio al lato della circonferenza della ruota maggiore , concentrica alla r. mediana abbracciata a metà (più o meno) dalla corda (con o senza tirante ) che parte dal detto brac cio fisso mobile e torna alla circonf.za della detta r.magg. per dare una " SPINTARELLA " specie dopo i 180° di giro per la risalita del peso pendolo oltre la verticale ( zenit) e quindi far ricadere la ruota pendolo accelerata (addirittura ! ) dall 'al tra parte e quindi la rotazione spontanea accelerata dalla Cen trifugazione crescente fatta dal peso mobile fisso (con gancio) alla circonf.za della r.magg. La n.4.536 invece utilizza due tiranti su una leva a bracci ugauli e su due ruote concentriche col fulcro appoggiato dalla mediana all 'angolo di raggio obli quo esterno alla r.magg. .
