La presente innovazione ha per oggetto un dispositivo tenditore destinato ad essere applicato in macchine automatiche per il fissaggio di calze da donna, in particolare calze a collant e simili. E’ noto che, in fase di produzione, le calze vengono sottoposte a una serie di trattamenti termici, destinati a conferire alle calze stesse opportune caratteristiche. In particolare le calze vengono sottoposte a un trattamento di fissaggio che dà alle calze un assetto permanente. Per realizzare tale fissaggio, le calze vengono inserite e tese su apposite forme e quindi sottoposte al trattamento termico, ad esempio mediante apposite camere a vapore in pressione. Gli scopi citati vengono raggiunti, secondo la presente innovazione, dal presente dispositivo tenditore in macchine per il fissaggio di calze da donna, del tipo comprendente una giostra recante distribuite perifericamente coppie di forme su cui sono destinate ad essere inserite rispettive calze da donna, il quale si caratterizza per il fatto che comprende una coppia di aste fulcrate simmetricamente, secondo assi orizzontali paralleli, in corrispondenza di uno zoccolo di dette forme; una coppia di leve articolate rispettivamente a dette aste e incernierate su un perno che è guidato scorrevole verticalmente su una base di supporto di dette aste; un organo attuatore alternativo che è montato, con asse verticale, in corrispondenza di una stazione di tensione di dette calze e che è atto ad impegnare una prominenza di una delle dette leve, per comandare la rotazione angolare di dette aste fra una posizione di riposo verticale e una posizione attiva in cui le stesse aste risultano divaricate per tendere il corpino di dette calze. Claims

CLAIMS 1) Tensioning device in machines for fixing women's stockings, of the type comprising a carousel (2) bearing peripherally distributed pairs of shapes (3) on which respective women's stockings are intended to be inserted, characterized in that it comprises a pair of rods (4) symmetrically pivoted, along parallel horizontal axes (6), in correspondence with a base (8) of said shapes (3); a pair of levers (9) articulated respectively to said rods (4) and hinged on a pin (11) which is guided slidingly vertically on a base (7) for supporting said rods (4); an alternative actuator member (14) which is mounted, with a vertical axis, at a tensioning station of said stockings and which is adapted to engage a prominence (19) of one of said levers (9), to control the angular rotation of said rods (4) between a substantially vertical rest position and an active position in which said rods (4) are spread apart to stretch the bodice of said stockings.

2) Device according to claim 1, characterized in that said actuator member (14) is equipped, at the top of the stem, with a spool (13) which is movable between a raised position for receiving said prominence (19) and a position lowered due to the angular rotation of said rods (4) in said splayed tension position of the body of the stockings.
