Il presente trovato riguarda una griglia per elettrodomestici in materiale termoplastico.
Pi? in particolare il presente trovato riguarda una griglia di sostegno o separazione in materiale termoplastico per interni di frigoriferi e freezer.
Attualmente queste griglie sono costituite da tondini metallici , generalmente di materiale ferroso, cromati o verniciati ed uniti fra loro mediante puntatura elettrica.
Inconveniente del le griglie metal liche ? che, nonostante i trattamenti protettivi , tendono ad arruginire, specialmente in prossimit? del le saldature con conseguenti distacchi e rotture diffici lmente riparabi li .
Sostituire il materiale ferroso con altri materiali resistenti all 'ossidazione, ad esempio titanio, leghe al nichel , ecc. , ? un'operazione non conveniente dal punto di vista economico.
E? stato ora trovato dalla Richiedente che l 'inconveniente delle griglie metalliche pu? essere faci lmente superato, anche in modo conveniente economicamente, sosti tuendo i l material e ferroso con pol imeri termopl astici impiegati in modo opportuno.
Costituisce pertanto oggetto del presente trovato una griglia per elettrodomestici in pol imero termoplastico, ottenuta preferi bi lmente per stampaggio i n uno stampo singolo, e comprendente un bordo periferico i l cui perimetro ? a forma sostanzia lmente quadrangolare ed una plurali t? di barre i nseri -te all 'i nterno di detto bordo, paral lele ad uno dei l ati del perimetro e unite al bordo senza soluzione di continui t?.
La grigl ia oggetto del presente trovato si presenta pertanto come corpo si ngolo dato che ? ottenuta con un' unica operazione rii stampaggio. Essa ha di mensioni che di pendono escl usivamente dal tipo e dall a forma del 1 ' e 1 ettrodome st ic o i n cui deve essere i nserita ma che di sol ito sono comprese tra 30 c 150 cm per ogni l ato del bordo periferico.
Sia i l bordo peri ferico che l e barre comprese al suo interno hanno diametro tra 2 e 20 mm , sezione verticale preferibi lmente cava , superfici e identica e circol are, e, nel caso di sezioni cave, spessori tra 0,1 e 5 rnm.
Qualsiasi pol imero termoplastico pu? essere impiegato nell a preparazione delle griglie oggetto del trovato . Esempi il lustrativi comprendono: pol ipropilene, pol istirolo , pol istirolo antiurto, polistirolo modificato con monomeri polari come acrilonitri le, l eghe stireniche come ABS, SAN, ecc., pol ivinilcloruro, pol itene ad al ta, media, bassa densit?, copolimeri etilene/propi lene, resine acri l iche e/o net acri 1 i eh e, poi i met acr i 1 a -ti , poi icarbonati , resine pol iestere come PET, PBT, ecc , eventualmente addi ti vati con agenti ri nforzanti come cariche mineral i, fibre, ecc.

Qualsiasi tecnica di stampaggio pu? essere impiegata nel la real izzazione della presente grigl ia anche se l a tecnologia di " a i r injection moulding" descritta nell a domanda di brevetto tedesca pubbli ca 2.501.314, nel brvetto i nglese 2.139.548, nel brevetto USA 4.740.150 o nel le domande europee pubbl iche 309. 2 ? 7 e 209.230 ? quella preferi ta.
Un esempio rii grigl ia secondo i l trovato ? rappresentata nel disegno allegato in cui :

Con riferimento al le figure la griglia oggetto del presente trovato comprende un bordo periferico ( 1) sostanzialmente rettangol are ed una pluralit? di barre (2) , parallele al lato i nferiore del rettangolo, unite al bordo in (3) senza soluzione di conti nu i t? .
Sia il bordo (1) che le barre (2), stampate con la tecnica "air injection i.ioul di ng" , presentano una cavi t? (4) secondo l a loro lunghezza ed hanno sezione trasversale sostanzialmente identica.
Claims (7)
- RIVENDICAZIONI 1. Griglia per elettrodomestici in polimero termoplastico comprendente un bordo periferico il cui perimetro ? a forma sostanzialmente quadrangolare ed una pluralit? di barre inserite all 'interno di detto bordo, parallele ad uno dei lati del perimetro e unite al bordo senza soluzione di contino i t? .
- 2. Griglia secondo la rivendicazione 1, in cui il bordo periferico e le barre hanno diametro compreso tra 2 e 20 mm, e superficie identica e circol are.
- 3. Griglia secondo la rivendicazione 1 o 2, in cui il bordo periferico o le barre hanno sezione verticale cava.
- 4. Griglia secondo la rivendicazione 3, in cui il bordo periferico e le barre hanno spessori compresi tra 0,1 e 5 mrn.
- 5. Griglia secondo una qualsiasi delle rivendicazioni precedenti in cui il polimero termoplastico ? scelto fra polipropilene, i polistiroli ed i polietileni.
- 6. Griglia secondo una qualsiasi delle rivendicazioni precedenti ottenuta per stampaggio in uno stampo singolo.
- 7. Grigl ia per elettrodomestici secondo una qualsiasi delle rivendicazioni precedenti, in cui gli elettrodomestici sono frigor iferi e f r eezer.
