Abstract

Macchina per la tintura di tessuto raccolto in corda e cucito ad anello, comprendente una vasca (2) contenente il bagno di tintura (4), un ugello di imbibizione, trascinamento idraulico e tintura (8) a cui segue un tubo di trasporto idraulico (6) ed un sistema di faldatura (6a), il tutto disposto nella parte superiore della vasca (2) a valle del rullo motorizzato (22) atto a sollevare la corda di tessuto (14) che viene alimentata all'ugello (8). La macchina comprende un circuito di soffiaggio (26) per convogliare una massa d'aria sulla corda di tessuto (14) a monte del rullo di sollevamento (22). Il flusso d'aria è diretto in modo tale da aprire e muovere le pieghe sulla corda di tessuto (14) e da sospingerla lungo una direzione cui corrisponde un maggiore angolo di avvolgimento della corda sul rullo di sollevamento (22). La macchina può operare indifferentemente in rapporto bagno ridotto e corda di tessuto non immersa od in rapporto bagno tradizionale e corda di tessuto parzialmente o totalmente immersa.(Figura 1).
