The present patent application for an industrial invention relates to a kit comprising a first section bar and an expansion plug intended to connect said first section bar to an attachment wall, preferably of a second section bar so to originate a hook to ?L? or ?T? among the profiles.

The present invention proposes to solve some problems which afflict current structures composed of one or more? sections, substantially in metallic material, which must be connected to each other and/or to a connection wall at right angles to each other.

There are currently some plates, intended to be inserted in a profile, which comprise a body intended to be locked inside said profile and an end section? intended to abut against said hooking wall and on which means are formed for cooperating with seats formed on said hooking surface.

The construction of said seats and said means currently requires time and complex machinery, which is difficult to set up and which can cause problems during use.

Precisely for this reason, the purpose of the present invention ? that of devising a performing kit which can overcome the drawbacks of the prior art.

These purposes are achieved in accordance with the invention with the characteristics listed in the annexed independent claim 1.

Advantageous embodiments appear from the dependent claims.

With particular reference to figure 1, the kit for making a frame includes:

- a first profile (1) having an axial duct (10) and an end section? (1a);

- a hooking wall (20) against which said first profile (1) ? arranged with its own end section? (1a) batting;

- connection means between said first section bar (1) and said hooking wall (20); said connection means comprising a connection unit (G) inserted inside said axial duct (10) of the first section bar (1) and hooked to said hooking wall (20).

The peculiarity of said Kit ? that relating to the fact that said connection group (G) comprises an expansion plug (T) comprising two plates (3), each of which ? shown in detail in figures 2 to 6.

Pi? precisely each plate (3) includes:

- a substantially rectangular longitudinal main wall (31), comprising a transversal abutment side (31a), a transversal mouth side (31b) and two longitudinal sides (31c, 31d), see figure 2;

- two longitudinal side walls (32c, 32d) which extend to the sides of said longitudinal main wall (31); said longitudinal side rails (32c,32d) comprising a longitudinal edge (34c,34d), see figure 5;

- a transverse ledge (33) which extends between the two longitudinal side rails (32c, 32d) at the transverse ledge (31a) of the main longitudinal wall (31); said transverse ledge (33) comprising a transverse ledge (33a); said transversal abutment wall (33) comprising a harpoon point (4) which protrudes from the opposite side of where the longitudinal main wall (31) is located; said spike-like tip (4) comprising at least one retaining tooth (41) facing the main longitudinal wall (31), see figure 3;

- a first semi-hole (5) arranged centrally on the transversal abutment edge (33a) of the operative transversal side (33), see figures 4 and 5;

- a second semi-hole (6) arranged on at least one of said longitudinal edges (34c, 34d) of the longitudinal side rails (32c, 32d), see figures 3 and 5.

Said group (G) also includes:

- first expansion means (71) which cooperate with said first half-holes (5) of the transverse abutment edges (33a) of the two plates (3) so? to spread the two harpoon points (4) pushing against the internal edge of the quadrangular hole (20a);

- second expansion means (72) which cooperate with said second half-holes (6) of the longitudinal edge (34c, 34d) of the longitudinal side walls (32c, 32d) so? to completely spread apart the two plates (3) of the expansion plug (T), pushing against the internal walls of the first profile (1) where ? inserted.

Again with reference to figure 1, said connection means between said first section bar (1) and said hooking wall (20) comprising a quadrangular hole (20a), obtained on the hooking wall (20), inside which are inserted the two harpoon points (4) of the two plates (3) of the expansion plug (T).

Said hooking wall (20) can? belong to any element to which said first profile is to be connected.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention said hooking wall (20) belongs to a second section bar (2) having dimensions substantially identical to those of the first section bar (1).

With particular reference to figure 9, said expansion plug (T) comprises a transversal mouth side (32b) in correspondence with the transversal mouth side (31a) of the main longitudinal wall (31).

Said mouth transverse side (32b) comprises an edge (34b) which originates a semi-mouth (B) for access to the longitudinal channel (C).

As shown in Figures 4 and 5, said semi-mouth (B) and said first semi-hole (5) being intercommunicating thanks to said longitudinal channel (C).

Again with reference to figures 4 and 5 ? It is possible to appreciate how said second half-holes (6) are transversal with respect to said longitudinal channel (C) and flow into said longitudinal channel (C).

With particular reference to figures 1 and 1A, said first expansion means (71) comprise a screw having a thread suitable for cooperating with threads obtained on the two first half-holes (5) arranged on the transversal abutment edge (33a).

Kit according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said second expansion means (72) comprise a screw having a thread suitable for cooperating with threads obtained on the two at least second semi-holes (6) obtained on the longitudinal edges (34c, 34d).

In order to be able to insert the expansion plug (T) inside the first profile in the correct position and to avoid free decoupling between the two plates (3) that compose it, each plate ? equipped with centering and/or hooking means (81, 82, 83, 84) for centering and/or hooking the two plates (3).

With particular reference to figures 3, 5, 7, 8 and 9, said centering and/or hooking means (81, 82, 83, 84) comprise teeth (81) and seats (82) obtained on the longitudinal edges (34c, 34d) of the longitudinal side rails (32c,32d) of both plates (3).

In all the figures in which the dowel ? shown and ? composed of the two plates (3) ? It is possible to notice how the teeth (81) of one plate (3) are inserted in the seats (82) located on the other plate (3) of the same expansion plug (T).

Again with reference to said figures 3, 5, 7, 8 and 9, the centering and/or hooking means (81, 82, 83, 84) comprise:

- two recesses (83) each formed in one of the two longitudinal lateral sides (32c, 32d) of a plate (3);

- two appendages (84), one for each recess (83); each appendix (84) being shaped like a mo? of hook and protruding from the longitudinal edge (34c, 34d) both from the opposite side of the longitudinal main wall (31) and towards and inside the recess (83); an appendix (84) of a plate (3) once positioned inside the recess (83) of the other plate (3) cooperating with the appendage (84) of the other plate (3) in order to prevent the free slack between the two plates (3).

In this latter regard, reference is made to figures 7 and 8 which show how the two plates (3) are connected together in order to make said centering and/or hooking means (81, 82, 83, 84) cooperate operatively; said coupling takes place by pressing one plate (3) against the other starting from a condition, shown in figure 7, in which one plate (3) is slightly rotated with respect to the other (3).

By rotating the plates (3) towards an alignment condition and pushing them towards each other, coupling is obtained, reaching the configuration of the expansion plug (T) as shown in figures 9 and 10, with the plates centered and connected to each other; in this configuration, the expansion plug ? ready to be used and inserted inside the first profile, as shown in figures from 11 onwards.

Right in figure 11 ? shown a?further and important peculiarity? of the dowel according to the invention, which ? shaped in such a way as to be able to assume, when the two plates (3) of the expansion plug (T) are in contact with each other and longitudinally aligned, two arrangements in which:

-in a first arrangement, shown in figure 11, the transverse abutment sides (31a) of the main longitudinal walls (31) of the two plates (3) are close together while the transversal mouth sides (31b) of the main longitudinal walls (31) of the two plates (3) are moved apart;

- in a second arrangement, shown in figure 13, the transversal abutment sides (31a) of the main longitudinal walls (31) of the two plates (3) are separated while the transversal mouth sides (31b) of the main longitudinal walls (31) of the two plates (3) are close together.

In figure 16 ? shown how the longitudinal edges (34c, 34d) of the longitudinal lateral sides (32c, 32d) are shaped in such a way as to allow the expansion plug (T) to assume said first arrangement and said second arrangement.

The first arrangement, shown in figure 11, allows the dowel to be easily inserted into the quadrangular hole (20a), obtained on the hooking wall (20), as shown in figure 12.

Thanks to the use of the first expansion means (71), in this case a screw screwed into the threads of the first half-holes (5), ? is it possible to spread the harpoon points (4) of the two plates (3) so? to obtain the second arrangement, shown in figures 13 and 14, thus blocking? the expansion plug (T) to the hooking wall (20).

In figures 17 and 18 ? then shown the first profile (1) during the insertion of the expansion plug (T), positioned in said second arrangement, inside the axial duct (10), to then be pushed until the end section is brought to abutment? (1a) of the first profile (1) against the hooking wall (20), as shown in figure 19.

Said figure 19 shows the second expansion means (72), which consist of a screw which tends to distance the transversal mouth sides (31b) of the main longitudinal walls (31) of the two plates (3), as shown in figure 15 .

Thanks to the interference, shown in figure 18, between the plates (3) and the internal walls of the first profile (1), the latter is fixed to the hooking wall (20).

In a preferred embodiment, shown in figure 1A, the kit comprises a second section bar (2) which comprises said coupling wall (20).

Finally, it highlights the? Cheapness? of the dowel according to the invention, due to the fact that said plates (3) are identical and can be coupled to each other.

Numerous variations and detailed modifications can be made to the present embodiment of the invention, within the reach of a person skilled in the art, however falling within the scope of the invention expressed by the appended claims.

Claims (12)

1) Kit for making a frame; wherein said kit includes: - a first profile (1) having an axial duct (10) and an end section? (1a); - a hooking wall (20) against which said first profile (1) ? arranged with its own end section? (1a) batting; - connection means between said first section bar (1) and said hooking wall (20); said connection means comprising a connection unit (G) inserted inside said axial duct (10) of the first section bar (1) and hooked to said hooking wall (20); characterized in that said connection unit (G) comprises an expansion plug (T) comprising two plates (3) each of which comprises: - a substantially rectangular longitudinal main wall (31), comprising a transversal abutment side (31a), a transversal mouth side (31b) and two longitudinal sides (31c, 31d); - two longitudinal side walls (32c, 32d) which extend to the sides of said longitudinal main wall (31); said longitudinal side rails (32c,32d) comprising a longitudinal edge (34c,34d); - a transverse ledge (33) which extends between the two longitudinal side rails (32c, 32d) at the transverse ledge (31a) of the main longitudinal wall (31); said transverse ledge (33) comprising a transverse ledge (33a); said transversal abutment wall (33) comprising a harpoon point (4) which protrudes from the opposite side of where the longitudinal main wall (31) is located; said spike-like tip (4) comprising at least one retaining tooth (41) facing the main longitudinal wall (31); - a first semi-hole (5) arranged centrally on the transverse abutment edge (33a) of the transversal abutment wall (33); - a second half-hole (6) arranged on at least one of said longitudinal edges (34c, 34d) of the longitudinal side walls (32c, 32d); said group (G) further comprising: - first expansion means (71) which cooperate with said first half-holes (5) of the transverse abutment edges (33a) of the two plates (3) so? to spread the two harpoon points (4) pushing against the internal edge of the quadrangular hole (20a); - second expansion means (72) which cooperate with said second half-holes (6) of the longitudinal edge (34c, 34d) of the longitudinal side walls (32c, 32d) so? to completely spread apart the two plates (3) of the expansion plug (T), pushing against the internal walls of the first profile (1) where ? inserted; said connecting means between said first section bar (1) and said hooking wall (20) comprising a quadrangular hole (20a), obtained on the hooking wall (20), inside which the two harpoon points (4 ) of the two plates (3) of the expansion bolt (T). 2) Kit according to claim 1, wherein said expansion plug (T) comprises a transversal mouth wall (32b) at the transversal mouth side (31b) of the main longitudinal wall (31); said transversal mouth wall (32b) comprising an edge (34b) which originates a semi-mouth (B) for access to the longitudinal channel (C); said semi-mouth (B) and said first semi-hole (5) being intercommunicating thanks to said longitudinal channel (C). 3) Kit according to claim 2 or 3 wherein said second half-holes (6) are transverse to said longitudinal channel (C) and flow into said longitudinal channel (C). 4) Kit according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said first expansion means (71) comprise a screw having a thread suitable for cooperating with threads obtained on the two first half-holes (5) arranged on the transversal abutment edge (33a) . 5) Kit according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said second expansion means (72) comprise a screw having a thread suitable for cooperating with threads obtained on the two at least second semi-holes (6) obtained on the longitudinal edges (34c, 34d ). 6) Kit according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said expansion plug (T) comprises centering and/or hooking means (81, 82, 83, 84) for centering and/or hooking the two plates (3) . 7) Kit according to claim 6 wherein said centering and/or hooking means (81, 82, 83, 84) comprise teeth (81) and seats (82) formed on the longitudinal edges (34c, 34d) of the longitudinal side rails ( 32c,32d) of both plates (3); in which the teeth (81) of one plate (3) are inserted in the seats (82) located on the other plate (3) of the same expansion plug (T). 8) Kit according to claim 7 wherein said centering and/or hooking means (81, 82, 83, 84) comprise: - two recesses (83) each formed in one of the two longitudinal lateral sides (32c, 32d) of a plate (3); - two appendages (84), one for each recess (83); each appendix (84) being shaped like a mo? of hook and protruding from the longitudinal edge (34c, 34d) both from the opposite side of the longitudinal main wall (31) and towards and inside the recess (83); an appendix (84) of a plate (3) once positioned inside the recess (83) of the other plate (3) cooperating with the appendage (84) of the other plate (3) in order to prevent the free slack between the two plates (3). 9) Kit according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the expansion plug (T) ? shaped in such a way as to be able to assume, when the two plates (3) of the expansion plug (T) are in contact with each other and longitudinally aligned, two arrangements in which: -in a first arrangement the transversal abutment sides (31a) of the main longitudinal walls (31) of the two plates (3) are close together while the transversal sides of the mouth (31b) of the main longitudinal walls (31) of the two plates (3) they are turned away; - in a second arrangement the transversal abutment sides (31a) of the main longitudinal walls (31) of the two plates (3) are separated while the transversal mouth sides (31b) of the main longitudinal walls (31) of the two plates (3) they are close together. 10) Kit according to the preceding claim in which the longitudinal edges (34c, 34d) of the longitudinal lateral sides (32c, 32d) are shaped in such a way as to allow the expansion plug (T) to assume said first arrangement and said second arrangement. 11) Kit according to any one of the preceding claims, comprising a second section bar (2) which comprises said coupling wall (20). 12) Kit according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said plates (3) are identical.
