Abstract

Procedimento perfezionato per nobilitare un pannello di legno povero, particolarmente per la realizzazione di componenti d'arredamento, ed antina così ottenuta, in cui, si parte da un pannello grezzo in truciolare, per:- essere dapprima sagomato longitudinalmente, in corrispondenza di almeno uno dei quattro lati, detta sagomatura interessando l'intero spessore del pannello di truciolare grezzo;- nella medesima linea di produzione, predisporre contemporaneamente un bordo piano; detto bordo potendo essere, lungo il lato interessato dall'accoppiamento preventivamente cosparso di collante;- successivamente, procedendo con l'accoppiamento lungo il lato sagomato, del detto bordo;- e quindi prevedendo un cielo di sgrezzatura e di finitura lungo i punti di giunzione del bordo con il pannello, con a completamento, un ciclo di levigatura della sagoma;per poi detto pannello così ottenuto, essere avviato verso un successivo cielo comprendente la sua mobilitazione e finitura con rivestimenti di ridotto spessore compresi preferibilmente tra mm.0,05 e mm.0,030.
