Abstract

Composti aventi la formula (FORMULA I) in cui X è idrogeno, cloro, ammino oppure ossidrile; R1 è un residuo acilico di un amminoacido achilare con un atomo di carbonio - ? terziario. Residui acilici di amminoacidi alchirali preferiti hanno la formula (FORMULA II) in cui ciascuno R2 è alchile con 1 fino a 6 atomi, cicloalchile con 3 fino a 5 atomi di carbonio e banzile; oppure i due gruppi R2 si legano tra loro per forze un gruppo polimetilene avente 3 - 9 atomi di carbonio, e loro sali farmaceuticamente accettabili sono agenti antivirali con un migliorato assorbimento. Vengono anche descritti intermedi per la preparazione di composti di formula.
