Abstract

La presente invenzione di riferisce ad un procedimento per la realizzazione di una struttura continua in materiale composito a partire da un semilavorato continuo (1) in fibra di rinforzo comprendente uno strato superiore (4) ed uno strato inferiore (5) mutuamente contrapposti e reciprocamente connessi da fili intermedi (6). Il procedimento comprende le fasi di movimentazione del semilavorato continuo (1) lungo un percorso di lavorazione; impregnazione del semilavorato (1) con una resina; accoppiamento di una superficie inferiore del semilavorato continuo (1) con un primo nastro (23), allontanamento di uno dei due strati (4, 5) rispetto allo strato contrapposto per portare i fili intermedi (6) da una prima condizione, in cui risultano disposti sostanzialmente paralleli i due strati esterni (4, 5), ad una seconda condizione in cui si dispongono trasversali agli strati esterni stessi; e polimerizzare il semilavorato impregnato (1) per realizzare la struttura continua (50).
