Abstract

L'invenzione concerne un dispositivo per la radiografia senza pellicola per il controllo della saldatura di corpi cavi longitudinalmente estesi, saldati, in metallo, costituito da un tubo per raggi Rontgen, raffreddato da liquido, mobile relativamente al corpo cavo, e da un convertitore di immagine per raggi Rontgen, disposto nella zona di radiazione penetrante del tubo per raggi Rontgen. Per realizzare un dispositivo di questo tipo, il quale sia adatto anche per corpi cavi con bassa ampiezza di luce e con lunghezze di più di 12 m e per il quale sia sufficiente una schermatura in calcestruzzo, la cui lunghezza è soltanto leggermente maggiore rispetto al corpo cavo più lungo da controllare, viene proposto che un generatore di alta tensione (8) fissato su un supporto, sia spostabile parallelamente o perpendicolarmente all'asse del corpo cavo (12) e il o rispettivamente i cavoli di alta tensione (11) è/sono collegato/i attraverso mezzi di guida (4, 5), disposti all'esterno del corpo cavo (12), con il tubo (3) per raggi Rontgen, disposto spostabilmente nel corpo cavo fermo (12) e la lunghezza del o rispettivamente dei cavo/i (11) è dimensionata in modo che sia possibile uno spostamento del tubo (3) per raggi Rontgen da una estremità all'altra per il corpo cavo (12) più lungo da controllare.
