Abstract

Procedimento per realizzare gelati confezionati da passeggio, caratterizzato dal fatto che:- si costituisce con materiale impermeabile al gelato un involucro apribile (4), provvisto di almeno un'apertura (6) per l'introduzione in esso di un composto per gelato e di un'appendice (8) sporgente all'esterno e costituente elemento di presa del gelato confezionato,- si sottopone detto involucro (4) a riempimento con il composto per gelato,- si chiude ermeticamente detto involucro (4) riempito, e - si sottopone a raffreddamento l'involucro così riempito e chiuso, fino ad ottenere la completa solidificazione di detto composto.
