Abstract

Il dispositivo di prelievo sotto vuoto o a vuoto mobile impegna lastre o fogli di vetro rammollito a caldo in una stazione di trasferimento e le trasferisce ad una di due stazioni di sagomatura posizionate lungo lati opposti di una stazione di trasferimento. Dopo aver depositato la lastra entro una delle stazioni di sagomatura, il dispositivo di prelievo ritorna alla stazione di trasferimento per ricevere la successiva lastra rammollita a caldo. Le stazioni di sagomatura possono comprendere disposizioni di pressatura che formano le successive lastre in configurazioni diverse. Il dispositivo di prelievo sotto vuoto può comprendere due superfici di impegno delle lastre posizionate l'una rispetto all'altra in modo tale che quando una superficie impegna una lastra di vetro e la trasferisce ad una delle stazioni di sagomatura, l'altra superficie di impegno viene posizionata all'interno della stazione di trasferimento per ricevere la successiva lastra di vetro.
