Abstract
Si fornisce una turbina in cui calore è rimosso da aria compressa prelevata dalla sezione del compressore, per scopi di raffreddamento nella sezione della turbina, impiegando un primo scambiatore di calore per trasferire calore dall'aria di raffreddamento ad un fluido intermedio. Il calore così rimosso è quindi rimandato nel cielo trasferendolo dal fluido intermedio ad un fluido che, deve essere iniettato nella sezione di combustione, come ad esempio un combustibile gassoso od acqua per il controllo di NOx impiegando un secondo scambiatore di calore. Un terzo scambiatore di calore può essere impiegato unitamente con il secondo scambiatore di calore per controllare la temperatura del fluido intermedio e quindi la temperatura dell'aria di raffreddamento.
