Abstract

Il sistema di gestione della distribuzione di energia elettrica con capacità di telecontrollo e telelettura, comprende una prima rete a media tensione, associata ad una molteplicità di cabine primarie, una seconda rete a bassa tensione associata ad una molteplicità di cabine di distribuzione, ed una terza rete preposta alla distribuzione verso le singole utenze, ciascuna delle quali è associata ad almeno un contatore di energia elettrica; dette prima e seconda rete costituendo isole di comunicazione di informazione con tecniche ad onde convogliate, i confini di delimitazione di dette isole essendo costituiti dea cabine di trasformazione, i trasformatori costituendo elementi di arresto della propagazione di onde convogliate recanti informazione; dette isole avendo confini variabili in funzione della particolare configurazione della topologia corrente dell'intero sistema, una modifica della topologia potendo comportare una modifica dei confini di dette isole.
