Abstract

Vengono descritti superconduttori ad alta temperatura critica costituiti da eterostrutture realizzabili artificialmente mediante epitassia a fascio molecolare, litografia, sintesi chimica o altra simile tecnologia e comprendenti prime porzioni realizzate in un materiale metallico superconduttore, le quali sono disposte a formare una schiera di elementi multipli identici a passo costante lungo almeno una prima direzione (y), e seconde porzioni, realizzate in materiale con struttura elettronica differente da quello delle prime porzioni, disposte intercalate alle prime porzioni, a separazione delle stesse; l'eterostruttura è caratterizzata dal fatto che le prime porzioni hanno una dimensione (L) e periodicità (?), tale da determinare condizioni di risonanza di forma negli elettroni al livello di Fermi, mentre le seconde porzioni realizzano una separazione (W) tra le prime porzioni dell'ordine della lunghezza di coerenza di Pippard (?0) del materiale metallico superconduttore.(Figura 2).
