Abstract

L'invenzione riguarda un giunto a valvola, in particolare un giunto di misurazione per sistemi fluidici con elevate pressioni di esercizio, oscillazioni di pressione ad alta frequenza e vibrazioni meccaniche, per la misurazione di pressioni ed in combinazione di pressioni e di temperature. Esso consiste di una bussola di accoppiamento, nel foro della quale è disposta una valvola di non ritorno elasticamente sollecitata con un primo sistema di tenuta, e di un raccordo a vite collegabile stabilmente con detta bussola, il corpo elasticamente sollecitato della valvola di non ritorno, disposto nel foro della bussola di accoppiamento, essendo spostabile assialmente in occasione dell'avvitatura dell'attacco a vite per la misurazione in assetto di misurazione mediante il nipplo ad innesto di quest'ultimo contro la pressione elastica nella posizione di apertura della valvola ed il nipplo ad innesto così chiudendo a tenuta su un secondo sistema di tenuta supportato in una bussola di tenuta. In assetto di normale esercizio con attacco a vite (1) stabilmente collegato, esistono mezzi (17, 21, 22) i quali causano uno scarico di pressione fra il primo sistema di tenuta (13, 14) del corpo (11) della valvola chiuso e l'attacco a vite (1). Un anello elastico di sicurezza (24) contro lo svitamento per assicurare contro le vibrazioni del dado a risvolto (2) del cappuccio di protezione e dell'attacco a vite per la misurazione è disposto in una spoglia di filettatura della bussola di accoppiamento (4) ed in una cavità (23) del dado a risvolto (2) rispettivamente dell'attacco a vite per la misurazione (3).(FIG.12)
