Abstract
L'invenzione riguarda una soluzione di attacco e un procedimento per l'allontanamento di strati metallici per la protezione contro la corrosione provocata da gas caldi e di rivestimenti di reazione di gas caldi su palette di turbine con una soluzione salina e un inibitore, la soluzione salina essendo costituita per il 5-45% in peso da un solfato acido e presentando 0,5-10% in peso di inibitore e la somma di solfato acido e di inibitore venendo dimensionata in modo che sia contenuto almeno 50% in peso di acqua, riferito a tutta la soluzione di attacco. Con questa soluzione di attacco vengono rimossi preferibilmente strati di McrA1Y da palette per turbine su leghe a base di titanio, di cobalto oppure di nichel.
