Abstract

Dispositivo trituratore comprendente essenzialmente una unità di frantumazione (2) e una tramoggia di carico (4) attraverso la quale il materiale (3) da triturare viene alimentato all'unità di frantumazione (2), provvisto inoltre di un vaglio (1) posizionato al di sotto dell'unità di frantumazione (2) nonché di un circuito per il lavaggio delle pareti interne della tramoggia di carico (4) e degli organi di frantumazione sottostanti. Per mezzo del vaglio il dispositivo è in grado di selezionare secondo le dimensioni i frammenti di materiale prodotti. Il dispositivo presenta, infine, migliorate caratteristiche di efficienza e igienicità grazie alla possibilità di eseguire operazioni di pulizia semiautomatiche al termine di ogni ciclo operativo.
