Abstract

La presente si riferisce ad un apparecchio per la arricciatura di fibre avente un rullo di interferenza di un tipo a contatto interno che consiste di un rullo ad anello e di un rullo inscritto che ruotano assieme nello stesso senso alla stessa velocità. L'apparecchio è dotato di un mezzo di controllo il quale è formato sulle superfici del rullo ad anello e del rullo inscritto, che tengono il fascio di fibre fra di esse e che controlla lo spessore nella direzione trasversale del fascio in fibre che debbono essere arricciate.Poichè il fascio di fibre nella zona di interferenza viene controllato nella direzione trasversale, la costruzione del fascio di fibre viene prodotta in modo uniforme a larghezza completa ed il processo di arricciatura viene realizzato con ondulazioni regolari e l'apparecchio viene fatto funzionare in modo stabile.
