Abstract

Metodo e macchina (1) per realizzare stecche (2) di pacchetti di sigarette costituite da una pluralità di pacchetti (3) disposti all'interno di un involucro (5), il quale viene ottenuto a partire da uno sbozzato (6) piano suddiviso, tramite linee di indebolimento (7, 8, 9, 10), in una pluralità di pannelli (11, 12, 13); la stecca (2) viene ottenuta alimentando lungo un primo percorso (P1) lo sbozzato (6) ad una stazione di pre-piegatura (23), in cui lo sbozzato (6) stesso viene conformato sostanzialmente ad U, e trasferendo lo sbozzato (6) pre-piegato ad una stazione di carico (24), in corrispondenza della quale un relativo gruppo (25) di pacchetti (3) viene alimentato all'interno dello sbozzato (6) pre-piegato, e viene ulteriormente spinto, lungo un ulteriore percorso (P3), per alimentare lo sbozzato (6) ed il relativa gruppo (25) di pacchetti (3) ad un canale di piegatura (55) di chiusura dell'involucro (5).
