Abstract

Dispositivo elettronico per la misura di emissioni luminose di bassissima intensità, del tipo che prevede un sensore fotomoltiplicatore, un dispositivo portacampione ed un dispositivo elettronico per l'elaborazione dei segnali emessi da detto sensore, comprendente un tubo fotomoltiplicatore, circondato da un materiale termicamente buon conduttore, raffreddato a bassa temperatura ed isolato verso l'esterno, al fotocatodo di detto fotomoltiplicatore essendo incollato stabilmente un corpo con funzione di guida di luce, realizzato in materiale termicamente isolante, ed otticamente trasparente, destinato a ricevere la radiazione luminosa emessa da un campione da esaminare inserito in una cavità ricavata perifericamente entro una struttura di contenimento, detta struttura essendo posizionata affacciata a detta guida di luce in modo da svolgere la funzione di, otturatore di detta guida di luce con la sua superficie cieca per consentire la misura del segnale di buio e poi consentire, mediante spostamento, il posizionamento della finestra della cavità contenente il campione direttamente di fronte a detta guida di luce per la misura dell'emissione luminosa.
