Abstract

Testa portautensili per l'estrusione di preformati tubolari flessibili e non, di materiale sintetico termoplastificato, con utensile interno di anima ed utensile esterno che lo circonda. Tra utensile interno ed utensile esterno è prevista una fessura di estrusione percorsa dal materiale sintetico termoplastificato, la quale presenta sul lato di uscita un'apertura ad ugello a fessura anulare e sul lato di entrata un dispositivo di alimentazione per il materiale sintetico termoplastificato in entrata. Tra dispositivo di alimentazione e fessura anulare di estrusione è installato un dispositivo di modifica della stratificazione, che presenta fori di entrata distribuiti sul suo perimetro e fori di uscita disposti sfalsati rispetto ai primi per il materiale sintetico termoplastificato. I fori di entrata nonché i fori di uscita sono collegati da canali di modifica della stratificazione.
