Abstract

Il trovato concerne un filtro multistadio e multistrato in cui i letti filtranti hanno il minimo spessore richiesto per la ritenzione dei fattori inquinanti dell'acqua. Il filtro è dotato di due o più stadi (F1-F2) sovrapposti, coassiali e collegati tra loro in serie. Nella parte alta e nel fondo di ogni stadio, sono previsti dei diffusori autopulenti (5-6-7-8) ed i diffusori intermedi sono intercollegati. Dati diffusori di estremità e dai diffusori intermedi, si dipartono dei condotti (10-11-12) che attraversano l'interno degli stadi e che giungono sull'estremità superiore della torre di filtrazione dove tali condotti si collegano ad una serie di valvole di scambio (13-16-17-18-20-22-23) che consentono il funzionamento in serie dei due stadi filtranti nella fase di servizio e che consentono di realizzare il controlavaggio selettivo dei due stadi e le fasi di condizionamento in equicorrente degli stadi stessi prima della loro entrata in servizio.
