Abstract

In un cuscinetto a sfere con gabbia in filo di acciaio, in special modo per supporti di piantoni dello sterzo, due fili di guida per lo spallamento (10, 11) appoggiano su un anello interno (6) con i bordi rivolti verso l'esterno e due fili di guida (8, 9) in un anello esterno (1) con bordi rivolti radialmente verso l'interno (2, 3), dove un filo di guida (18) è spostabile assialmente e caricato da una molla (13) che appoggia su una superficie (15) del bordo (2). Per poter fabbricare il cuscinetto a sfere con gabbia in filo di acciaio in modo economico e con una buona scorrevolezza, tra un filo di guida (18) ed un bordo (2) è prevista una molla a tazza (13) precaricata in direzione assiale in modo, che la superficie mantello (16) della molla (13) appoggi su una superficie (7) di un elemento elastico (5) inserito tra la superficie mantello (16) ed il foro (4) dell'anello esterno (1).
