Abstract

La valvola dell'invenzione comprende sostanzialmente un corpo metallico (1) in cui è alloggiato un elettromagnete (2) ed un nucleo (3) disposto al suo interno nonché un ugello di iniezione (6) provvisto almeno di un foro di iniezione del carburante (9) la cui luce è controllata da un organo otturatore mobile (15) fissato ad un'ancora (16) ed atto a controllare il passaggio del carburante attraverso il suddetto foro di iniezione; in base all'invenzione l'organo otturatore (15) è costituito da una piastrina (10) delimitata da una superficie laterale esterna cilindrica (17) che ha sostanzialmente lo stesso diametro della superficie esterna dell'ancora e da una coppia di superfici circolari piane superiore (22) ed inferiore (23) ed è collegata all'ancora suddetta mediante una saldatura a laser (25) effettuata tra i bordi circolari superiore della piastrina ed inferiore dell'ancora.
