Abstract

L'invenzione concerne un dispositivo per accrescere la sicurezza e la qualità delle legature nelle presse per grosse balle. L'obiettivo è quello di non sovraccaricare con grosse sollecitazioni i materiali leganti ed i meccanismi che li legano durante la formazione della balla e durante la legatura a pressioni di esercizio delle presse elevate. Il compito risiede nel diminuire la pressione di esercizio della pressa prima dell'inizio della legatura, per abbattere le sollecitazioni del materiale legante fino al valore di sollecitazione ammissibile e necessaria per il funzionamento dell'apparato di legatura. Questo compito viene risolto per il fatto che un dispositivo di comando a scatto (4) fissato ad una staffa di comando (2) mobile in modo continuo verso una posizione di fine corsa al crescere della lunghezza della balla, aziona un sensore (13) accoppiato ad un dispositivo di regolazione della forza della pressa (14), battendo contro una leva di comando (5) montata in maniera oscillante e collegata elasticamente tramite una molla (8) ad una leva di pressione (6).
