Abstract

Viene descritto un metodo che consente di ottenere il rilascio di un farmaco, con caratteristiche debolmente basiche tale da risultare molto solubile in pH acido e praticamente insolubile in pH basico, a velocità costante, indipendentemente dalle condizioni di pH nel quale il farmaco e la forma farmaceutica da esso ottenuta si trovano.Il metodo consiste nella preparazione di granuli costituiti da un principio attivo, un materiale polimerico rigonfiabile e un materiale polimerico gastroresistente.Veicolando questi granuli con un materiale polimerico naturale o sintetico, gelificabile ed idrofilo oppure con materiale polimerico o non polimerico lipofilo, è possibile ottenere formo farmaceutiche a rilascio modificato in grado di rilasciare il principio attivo alla stessa velocità sia in ambiente acido che basico.
