Abstract

The basin-shaped casing (10) has a plurality of retaining claws (15) for holding the peripheral marginal portion of the flange portion (32) of the cover (30) and preventing the cover from escaping upwards. The lower surface of the flange portion (32) of the cover (30) held by the retaining jaws (15) is brought into contact with the upper surface of the damping plate portion (21) of the rotor (20) by means of the viscous fluid ( 43).
