回転軸部とからなり、上記回転軸部は前記皿形ハ
ウジングの固定軸部に上から嵌合する下面に開放
した軸孔と、回転が伝えられるピニオンの固定手
段を備えているロータ、上記ロータの回転軸部の
外周に嵌められた小径Oリング、倒U字形断面形
状で、中心に前記ロータの回転軸部を回転自在に
通す開口を備えた帽形部と、上記帽形部の下端部
外周から張出し、外径が前記皿形ハウジングの外
周筒壁の内径よりも僅かに大きい鍔部とからなる
キヤツプ、前記皿形ハウジングの内周環状壁で囲
