Abstract
Collirio per il trattamento dell'ipertensione oculare, caratterizzato dal fatto di comprendere essenzialmente la combinazione dei seguenti componenti espressi in percentuale in peso:- da 0,01 a 2, 0% di un sale idrosolubile di ketanserina, ad esempio ketanserina-tartrato;- da 0,01 a 10%, eventualmente, di una sostanza stabilizzante del film lacrimale, scelta preferibilmente dal gruppo comprendente idrossimetilcellulosa, acido poliacrilico, propilenglicole, destrosio anidro e loro combinazioni;- da 0,001 a 0,01%, eventualmente, di un conservante, ad esempio cloruro di benzalconio;- eventualmente, un sistema tampone per mantenere il pH nell'intervallo 4,5 - 6,0, ad esempio 0,1 - 1,0% di fosfato monopotassico e 0,1 - 1,5% di fosfato bisodico;- eventualmente, un indicatore colorimetrico, biocompatibile e farmaceuticamente accettabile, per evidenziare scostamenti del pH dall'intervallo 4,5 - 6,0;- eventualmente, una soluzione isotonica con la pressione osmotica del liquido lacrimale;- eventualmente, almeno una sostanza scelta dal gruppo comprendente ?- bloccanti, policarpina, ?-bloccanti, inibitori dell'anidrasi carbonica, inibitori "dell'angiotensin converting enzyme" e loro combinazioni, essendo acqua il complemento a 100% della composizione.
