Abstract

Procedimento per la fabbricazione di una lastra stratificata di vetro di sicurezza mediante una lastra interna, una lastra esterna ed un foglio laminato, che presenta elementi integrati di antenna e/o di riscaldamento. Sia la lastra interna che la lastra esterna vengono tagliate a formato in base alle misure della lastra stratificata di vetro di sicurezza da realizzare. Le due lastre di vetro tagliate a formato vengono disposte insieme, con la disposizione prestabilita degli elementi di antenna e/o riscaldamento, del dispositivo di collegamento elettrico nonché del foglio laminato. L'insieme così formato viene unito in una lastra stratificata di vetro di sicurezza priva del foro di connessione applicando pressione e calore, come usuale nella fabbricazione di lastre stratificate di vetro di sicurezza. La lastra stratificata di vetro di sicurezza priva del foro di connessione viene collocata nella sede portapezzo di una perforatrice per lastre di vetro, la quale sede portapezzo sostenga almeno la zona del foro di connessione da praticare. Si perfora il foro di connessione nella lastra di vetro da munire di tale foro. Il cilindro di vetro rimasto nel foro perforato viene rimosso applicando calore.
