Abstract

Cuscinetto per alta velocità, composto da un guscio esterno e da un albero con piste di rotolamento, in cui sono alloggiate due serie di corpi di rotolamento guidati internamente da gabbie. Tale cuscinetto è provvisto di dischi di chiusura alle estremità. Il principio fondamentale dell'invenzione consiste nel fatto che l'albero (1) con il diametro (d) è rinforzato, fra la prima guida di rotolamento (2) e la seconda (3) secondo un rapporto d/D compreso fra 0,6 e 0,95 essendo (D) il diametro della parte rinforzata dell'albero (1).La distanza (a), fra la superficie frontale dell'albero (1) e la prima guida di rotolamento (2), è accorciata secondo un rapporto a/1 compreso fra 0,40 e 0,57 - essendo (1) la distanza fra la prima guida di rotolamento (2) e la seconda (3) -. Tale cuscinetto risulta idoneo all'impiego nell'industria tessile per rotori di filatoi in fino.
