Abstract

L'invenzione riguarda un giunto elastico, in particolare un volano a due masse inserito nel sistema di comando di un autoveicolo, entrambe le mezze parti del giunto sono collegate con accoppiamento elastico di torsione per mezzo di blocchi di molle disposti in senso circonferenziale. I blocchi di molle sono formati in tal caso da almeno due molle, le quali sono disposte una di seguito all'altra con disposizione attiva e vengono inserite in serie con accoppiamento dinamico. Una delle molle presenta a tale scopo di preferenza solamente una singola spira, di guisa che questa dopo aver raggiunto lo spostamento elastico massimo, forma un singolo piano, sul quale appoggia staticamente la molla adiacente. La prima molla ha una rigidezza inferiore per il funzionamento al minimo e ha solo una lunghezza ridotta. Il vano di montaggio all'interno del giunto è quindi disponibile senza impedimenti rilevanti da parte della prima molla, per la seconda molla (campo di funzionamento principale). I vantaggi dell'invenzione sono un peso ridotto e un minore ingombro di spazio, come pure la possibilità di effettuare in modo semplice modifiche nel gruppo delle molle.
