Abstract

Si descrive un metodo ed un dispositivo che permettono di impiegare i normali ventilatori polmonari per adulti anche per bambini e neonati, poiché consente di ridurre il volume corrente polmonare erogato dai normali ventilatori, per mezzo di una camera accessoria in pressione alimentata dal fluido gassoso erogato dal ventilatore, all'interno della quale è disposto un pallone serbatoio schiacciabile, che riceve ed eroga al paziente i gas anestetici ad una pressione ed in una quantità volumetrica per unità di tempo, inferiori a quelle erogate da detto ventilatore.
