Abstract

La presente invenzione riguarda la preparazione di polipeptidi maturi mediante idrolisi enzimatica di precursori solubili di questi con il Fattore Xa immobilizzato su un supporto solido insolubile.L'impiego dell'enzima immobilizzato semplifica il processo di produzione del prodotto maturo, minimizza la probabilità di avere un prodotto finale contaminato dall'enzima o da prodotti di autodigestione di questo o da altre proteine di origine animale e consente un ripetuto uso dello stesso supporto ed un maggiore controllo della reazione di idrolisi del precursore.
