Abstract
La presente invenzione riguarda microgranulati ceramici per l'applicazione elettrostatica su substrati ceramici con una superficie trattata con sostanze elettricamente isolanti caratterizzati dal fatto che le sostanze elettricamente isolanti sono polisilossani esenti da alogeni, o loro miscele, e reagiscono con i loro gruppi reattivi alla superficie dei granuli dei granulati ceramici e sono presenti in una quantità dallo 0,05 allo 0,3% in peso, riferito ai microgranulati ceramici, e che il granulato, che viene termotrattato ad una temperatura da 70 a 300°C per un arco di tempo da 60 a 120 minuti, presenta una granulometria, da i a 300 micron, una resistenza elettrica specifica da 1014 a 1016 ohm, cm e un coefficiente cubico di espansione termica di (130-230), 107 K-1. e un processo per la loro preparazione.
