Abstract

Lo statore è realizzato con lamierini stampati aventi profili congruenti che definiscono una apertura centrale per un rotore e definiscono anche espansioni polari che includono parti a forma di corno distanziate dal corpo principale della parte stampata onde definire cave di avvolgimento per la bobina. Ogni estremità del complesso ha una piastrina terminale che ha un profilo generalmente congruente con i lamierini. Due terminali sono montati nei supporti portati dalla piastrina terminale adiacente a ciascuna espansione polare. Le estremità del filo di ciascuna bobina sono portate attraverso il terminale adiacente, quindi indietro tra il terminale e una linguetta ricavata dal terminale. Successivamente la linguetta viene pressata contro il terminale e il filo e viene fusa per completare il collegamento.
