Abstract

The seat for the use of people standing at their work consists of a V or T shaped frame. It has two legs one of which at the back, forms a stand (1) for the seat (3) which is adjustable in height, while the other (2) slanting forwards, is hinged to it and can be flapped together with it. The two legs are joined by swinge hinge (6) with a lock (7). The swivel hinge is positioned in a forked bearing plate (11) on the stand (1). The lock (7) has grooves in which work with a bolt operated by a handle (15). The stand (1) consists of an outer tube (1c) and an inner pull-out tube (1d).
